Key responsibilities include managing costs, schedules, and quality, proactively implementing optimization potentials, and leading interdisciplinary project teams and external partners. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology), several years of experience managing technical projects, specific knowledge of medium and low voltage switchgear, and strong leadership and communication skills. Success in this role requires entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and fluent proficiency in both German and English to act as the primary contact for customers and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
