Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Materials Tester to join a leading global engineering and IT company in Mülheim an der Ruhr. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting mechanical materials testing within the materials laboratory. Key day-to-day tasks include operating creep testing equipment, performing tensile and notched bar impact tests, and utilizing testing machines for cyclic fatigue experiments. To qualify, candidates must possess a degree in Materials Engineering or a Materials Tester qualification combined with a Technician degree. Essential requirements include professional experience in destructive testing of metallic materials and practical expertise in operating servo-hydraulic testing machines.
