Job Summary

This role is for a highly technical Support Agent specializing in the WinGuard Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform, acting as a deep-dive problem-solver for international partners, subsidiaries, and large OEM customers. Day-to-day, you will be the primary technical contact, structuring and prioritizing support tickets, and resolving complex issues hands-on via remote sessions (e.g., TeamViewer). This involves analyzing network problems, debugging protocols, handling certificates, and ensuring the stable operation of various integrated systems. Key requirements include strong expertise in Microsoft operating systems, network technology, scripting, databases, and IT security mechanisms, supported by a formal IT education or equivalent practical experience. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics), or comparable qualification based on strong practical experience.

Experience

  • Initial practical experience in technical support (ideally)
  • Professional experience applying strong expertise in Microsoft operating systems, networking, protocols, scripting, and IT security.
  • Experience with Remote-Desktop-Tools for collaborative troubleshooting
