Job Summary

This role is perfect for a highly analytical IT professional ready to move beyond standard support and act as a key Technical Analyst for complex issues concerning the WinGuard software platform, a market leader in security technology and building automation. Day-to-day, you will debug and resolve sophisticated customer requirements through comprehensive log analyses and remote sessions, serving as the critical interface between the Service team and the Development department. You will communicate directly with international partners and subsystem manufacturers, building expert knowledge independently and documenting solutions precisely to ensure knowledge sharing. Key qualifications include a strong IT background (degree or equivalent), broad knowledge in networking, protocols, PKI, Microsoft OS, and virtualization, coupled with experience in technical support and customer communication. Success in this international environment requires fluent German and English skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
