Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Development Engineer specializing in rail vehicle systems to manage technical projects from the proposal phase through to customer handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include high-level system planning for electrical components, designing and developing robust system architectures specifically for rail construction machinery, and translating complex customer requirements into detailed electrical plans using E-Plan software. The engineer will also be expected to contribute to software development support and drive the standardization of subsystems across various projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or Energy Technology, possesses strong systemic thinking, and demonstrates a methodical and responsible approach to team-oriented work.
