Job Summary

This critical role requires a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead the batch preparation operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant specializing in cancer and other life-threatening disease treatments. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the timely execution of the production plan while maintaining stringent adherence to all applicable safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. Day-to-day duties include the disciplinary leadership of the shift team, organizing routine workflows across preparation and external areas, and managing staff deployment. The role also involves continuous coordination with the Supply Chain organization, supporting the review of manufacturing documentation, and guaranteeing the continuous supply of necessary materials. Success in this position requires proven leadership experience, specialized pharmaceutical/chemical education, and a commitment to working within a rotating shift schedule.
