This full-time, permanent position seeks an IT specialist to drive product development and ensure maximum business value, focusing heavily on a CRM system. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the product goal, creating and managing the product backlog, prioritizing entries for maximum business benefit, and conducting sprint and release planning. The role also involves managing external vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring close collaboration between subject matter experts and internal/external service providers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or Business Informatics, possesses experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and software development environment, and demonstrates strong communication skills and enthusiasm for digital transformation. Required Skills
Education
University degree in IT, Business, or Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik). Certifications in MS environment and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are advantageous.
Experience

- Experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (preferred)
- Experience in software development (preferred)
