Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping and implementing the company-wide data and AI strategy, focusing on developing innovative solutions using statistical methods and advanced AI approaches, including Generative AI. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating new technologies, conducting Proof of Concepts, and implementing analytical requirements through Data Science use cases. The Data Scientist will also be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and AI solutions, visualizing complex data for stakeholders, and acting as a group-wide consultant to enable and support specialized departments. A key aspect is fostering knowledge transfer and driving the transformation toward a data-driven organization. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT education in Data Science/Engineering, hands-on experience with Python and machine learning frameworks, and familiarity with Azure Cloud and database systems.
