Job Summary

This role involves actively steering and managing technical and infrastructure sub-projects related to the organizational restructuring of the state's property management (Liegenschaftsmanagement) within the Ministry of the Interior, Building, and Sport in Saarbrücken. The Project Manager will be crucial in developing new structures and processes for commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management for a portfolio of over 400 state-owned buildings. Day-to-day tasks include developing project structures, resource planning, creating efficient handover processes for properties, supporting organizational realignment, and designing creative communication and change formats to ensure acceptance across statewide stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Facility Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering, possesses strong communication skills for change processes, and has demonstrable experience in complex project management and technical facility management.
