Job Summary

This leadership role involves actively shaping the future of Dedicated Servers by leading a cross-location, hybrid Hardware Development team based in Falkenstein/Vogtland. The Team Lead will be responsible for developing and testing innovative hardware solutions, coordinating development goals and priorities closely with the Product Manager, and managing team resources and task distribution. A key part of the role is overseeing technical support escalations and managing the lifecycle of existing hardware systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of server hardware, including associated electronic and mechanical components, coupled with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to continuously improve processes and maintain a quality-oriented workflow.
