This Project Manager role is centered on leading the Technical Building Equipment (TBE) aspects for modern, sustainable, and energy-efficient building projects, including residential, school, and commercial properties. The core responsibility involves the technical and organizational leadership of TBE within turnkey construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include qualified coordination with clients, authorities, specialist engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The manager holds technical responsibility for schedule and quality management, overseeing the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services, and collaborating on cost and process optimization with the overall project lead. A successful candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Supply, or Energy Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience managing building technical systems, and strong expertise in contract law and construction execution.
