Job Summary

This senior leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for the strategic direction, provision, operation, and ongoing development of all SAP systems across the G+D Group (excluding Secunet). The Head of the SAP Competence Center will spearhead the S/4HANA implementation, which is the company's largest project, and ensure seamless collaboration between SAP process experts, consultants, and developers. Key responsibilities include standardizing and consolidating the SAP system landscape, managing budget and resources, and defining the departmental strategy in alignment with Group Services objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience (over 10 years) as an SAP Consultant and over 5 years in a senior IT leadership role within international settings, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage a large, globally distributed team of over 100 employees across multiple international locations.
