Job Summary

This Senior Tax Manager role focuses on Transfer Pricing within a globally operating security technology company, offering integrated security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and supporting domestic and international group companies on all transfer pricing matters. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and shaping business models and transactions from a transfer pricing perspective, developing and implementing strategies, and coordinating global documentation. A key part of the role involves managing tax audits and representing company interests before tax authorities regarding transfer pricing issues, as well as participating in international advance pricing agreements and arbitration procedures. This position requires a degree in economics or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of specialized professional experience in transfer pricing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both German and English.
