Job Summary

Join a leading German construction industry insurance provider as an IT Workplace Management Specialist, focusing on ensuring seamless IT service delivery across multiple locations. In this role, you will be crucial in managing IT procurement, rights management, telecommunications, and groupware services. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and managing IT service requests and orders (Request Fulfillment), independently advising specialist departments, and controlling and settling monthly support flat rates and services from external IT providers. You will also participate in hardware rollouts (e.g., notebooks, monitors) and handle identity and access management. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training or a related qualification with IT certifications (e.g., ITIL/COBIT).
