Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position involves supporting the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer) by managing and expanding international contacts and collaborations with worldwide partners. The Advisor will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and drafting policy papers, statements, speeches, and presentations in both German and English on health policy and medical-ethical issues for European and international committees. Key tasks include representing the organization's positions in international professional bodies, handling inquiries related to the migration and professional recognition of foreign physicians, and working closely with EU institutions and international organizations. Candidates require a relevant Master's degree, professional experience (ideally in the healthcare sector), strong intercultural and diplomatic skills, and fluent proficiency in both German and English, making this a pivotal role in shaping international health and social policy.
