Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the quality of Munich's water systems by managing the approval process for the construction and renovation of private property drainage systems, covering both residential and commercial premises. The successful candidate will review drainage plans, including separator systems and rainwater infiltration, to ensure strict compliance with technical standards and municipal regulations. A key part of the job is providing expert consultation to property owners and planners regarding these systems. Furthermore, the engineer will manage the service hotline for the entire property drainage sub-department. This position requires a strong background in civil, environmental, or supply/waste management engineering, excellent communication skills, and fluency in German (C1 level) to effectively navigate complex technical and regulatory environments within Munich's largest municipal utility.

Education
University degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Protection/Technology, Supply Technology, or Waste/Disposal Technology with relevance to wastewater technology, or a comparable engineering discipline

- • Professional experience in the execution of construction projects, preferably in civil or channel construction (highly desired)
