This role involves taking full responsibility for the planning and implementation of complex electrical engineering projects, managing all service phases from 1 to 8 according to HOAI standards. Key daily tasks include preparing technical documentation, such as reports, cost estimates, tenders, and execution documents, alongside rigorous cost control and technical clarification. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating closely with clients and subcontractors, and collaborating with specialist site management. A critical component of this position is the technical and personnel leadership of a multi-member team, requiring proven experience in staff management and a solid understanding of relevant electrical engineering norms and regulations (VOB, HOAI).
