Job Summary
This full-time role involves supporting the project planning of construction measures within the medium and low voltage sector for a renowned grid operator in Kolkwitz. The Technical Coordination Specialist will be responsible for executing critical commercial and administrative processes, including managing orders, preparing quotes, handling internal billing, and ensuring strict deadline control. A core function of the role is acting as a crucial interface, coordinating communication between technical teams, procurement, accounting, external contractors, and various external stakeholders such as authorities and private property owners regarding necessary certifications and notifications. Candidates must possess a qualification as a Technician or Master, ideally in fields like Electrical Engineering or IT Systems Electronics, coupled with proven administrative experience and strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. The position is initially temporary but offers the potential for extension and permanent takeover, along with flexible working arrangements including a home office option after initial training.
Required Skills
Education
Technician or Master's degree (Meister/Techniker), ideally in Electrical Engineering, IT Specialist, Mechatronics, IT Systems Electronics, or Digitalization Management
Experience
- Experience in administrative processing (Sachbearbeitung)
- Experience in coordination and process support (ideally)
- Professional experience supporting construction project planning in medium and low voltage areas

- Temporary contract initially until 31.12.2026, with option for extension and permanent takeover; Home office option available after initial training (1-2 days required on-site).
