Job Summary

This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Dortmund, supporting an international industrial company as a Quality Assistant specializing in Hygiene. The core responsibilities involve ensuring GMP compliance through the execution, documentation, and evaluation of hygiene and cleanroom monitoring activities, including routine and special monitoring. You will coordinate external service providers for cleaning and microbiological testing, and be responsible for planning and conducting hygiene and GMP training for both internal and external staff. Key qualifications include a completed scientific-technical education and several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Production). Proficiency in hygiene processes, cleanroom technology, and relevant regulatory requirements (EU GMP Annex I, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820) is essential. The position also requires supporting data analysis for quality key figures, creating trending reports, processing deviations, implementing CAPAs, and assisting in process optimization projects.
