Job Summary

This critical role seeks an Electrical and Automation Operations Engineer specializing in Instrumentation, Control, and Regulation (I&C) Technology at the K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH Neuhof site. The engineer will drive the development, realization, and commissioning of complex instrumentation and automation solutions across production, loading, and energy generation plants. Day-to-day tasks include performing diagnostics, repairs, and expansions on existing systems, alongside comprehensive software, hardware, and network support for the operational technology (OT) system landscape. A key component of the position is the technical and disciplinary leadership of functional area personnel and optimizing electrical systems and operational processes. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably Automation Technology) and brings strong expertise in process control programming tools, specifically SIEMENS PCS7, combined with several years of experience in process instrumentation.
