Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the continuous operation and maintenance of power plant facilities at the Neuhof site for K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH, starting January 1, 2026. The Head of Operations and Maintenance is responsible for ensuring plant availability, analyzing and resolving operational disruptions, and developing strategic solutions for plant issues. Key duties include the planning, steering, and coordination of maintenance, repair, and major overhaul measures. A critical component of the role is the disciplinary and technical leadership of employees, some of whom work in a continuous shift system. Candidates should possess a Master Craftsman certification in Power Plant Operations or equivalent technical qualifications, coupled with professional experience in a power plant environment, and proficiency in SAP-PM and process control systems. This position offers flexibility regarding full-time or part-time arrangements.
