Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of biomonitoring equipment at customer sites across Northern Germany. This role involves acting as a crucial interface between customers and internal departments, identifying and resolving product defects, and promoting service activities, products, and solutions. You will be installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of products and devices, providing customer training, and ensuring all activities comply with EHS regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing their own spare parts inventory and contributing to business development by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services. Education
Completed vocational training or a Bachelor's degree in technical professions
Experience
- Practical experience as a Field Service Engineer/Technician
- Professional experience in technical professions
- GMP experience (desirable)
Languages

- Must reside in Northern Germany (Hannover, Bremen, Hamburg, Berlin area); Willingness to travel (at least 85% to Western Europe, primarily Northern Germany); Valid German driver's license
