Job Summary

This role involves joining a pioneering team focused on developing groundbreaking allogeneic cell therapies, specifically utilizing NK and γδ T cells, aimed at transforming cancer treatment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing components and processes for the automated, GMP-compliant production of cell therapy products. Key daily tasks include separating, expanding, and genetically modifying primary cells, alongside implementing new software-based applications for cell culture using the CliniMACS Prodigy® system. The position requires a Master of Science degree in a relevant life science field and proven hands-on expertise in mammalian cell culture, immune cell handling (especially NK and γδ T cells), and advanced cell analysis methods such as flow cytometry, ELISA, and microscopy. Strong adherence to regulatory requirements and fluent English communication skills are essential for planning experiments, preparing detailed documentation, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Skills

Education

Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline

Experience

  • Hands-on experience working with γδ T cells, Natural Killer (NK) cells, and other immune cell types
  • Proven expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques
  • Professional experience with cell analysis methods including flow cytometry, ELISA, and microscopy
  • Experience implementing new software-based applications for automated cell separation and culture
