Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic R&D team focused on the expression of recombinant proteins, primarily in mammalian cells (CHO), for advanced applications like Ultrahigh-content Imaging and groundbreaking cell therapies (e.g., CAR T-cells). Day-to-day responsibilities include independently performing antibody selection using display technologies, managing the cloning, expression, and purification of antibody fragments, and analyzing results using flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy. The position requires strong skills in cell culture techniques and the analytical investigation of recombinant proteins. You will be responsible for planning and executing experiments, evaluating data in detail, creating comprehensive reports, and presenting findings internally. Candidates must have successfully completed training as a Biological Technical Assistant, Medical Technical Assistant, or Biological Laboratory Technician.
