Join IMD Labor Berlin-Potsdam, an accredited competence center for medical diagnostics, as a Laboratory Order Entry Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate processing of medical diagnostic requests. Day-to-day tasks involve meticulously entering examination orders, including medical queries, and ensuring correct billing. You will actively participate in error management, process subsequent demands, and implement corrections and supplementary orders. A key responsibility is quality control of entered data. The ideal candidate has a medical background or strong motivation to learn, possesses structured working habits, takes responsibility, and is proficient in modern IT systems. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible scheduling (typically 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM) and includes the option for predominantly mobile work from home after the initial training period, providing excellent work-life balance.
