Job Summary

This role involves managing the organizational and logistical operations within a modern, accredited medical diagnostics laboratory in Berlin-Potsdam. The successful candidate will be the reliable organizational backbone, ensuring smooth non-analytical operations across various departments. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive material management (inventory control, procurement, stock maintenance using a scanning system, and sourcing replacement items during shortages), equipment management (scheduling service, maintenance, and calibrations), and overseeing laboratory organization and safety (checking safety equipment, updating safety notices, and coordinating repairs). This position requires a background in laboratory science (MTA, BTA, or Bachelor's in a related field) and a talent for logistics, inventory management, and independent, stress-resistant work.
