Job Summary

The Bayernwerk Natur GmbH is seeking an Operations Engineer to join their team and contribute significantly to the energy and heating transition, focusing primarily on deep geothermal energy. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, repair, and optimization measures for deep geothermal plants, as well as associated heating and distribution systems. A key aspect of the job involves managing suppliers and manufacturers, including selection, commissioning, and monitoring. Furthermore, you will participate in the development and support of new geothermal projects across all phases, encompassing crucial regulatory approval procedures. The ideal candidate holds a technical or natural science degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Geosciences) and is passionate about energy technology, bringing a high degree of self-organization and accountability to a team-oriented environment.
