Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated technical expert to serve as the central interface for complex challenges related to proprietary battery storage systems. As a 2nd-Level Support Specialist, you will focus on the in-depth analysis and resolution of technical faults escalated from the First-Level team, utilizing remote diagnostic software and analysis tools. Key daily tasks include independent troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis, performing occasional on-site support in collaboration with the Field Service Team, and maintaining professional communication with technical clients such as installers and project developers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in electrical or energy engineering, expertise in power electronics (inverters, DC/DC converters), and experience with modern ticketing and CRM systems. This position offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the continuous improvement of innovative energy storage products within a growing company focused on the energy transition.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., Electronics or Mechatronics) combined with advanced qualification (Technician/Master Craftsman) or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology.

Experience
