Job Summary
This role seeks a Process Engineer specializing in Plasma and Wet processes to join a dynamic team focused on intelligent sensors and embedded motor controllers for automotive and industrial electronics in Freiburg. The core responsibilities include introducing, qualifying, documenting, and continuously improving production processes, equipment, and measurement systems for series operation. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring processes using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Advanced Process Control (APC), performing root cause analysis for problems, implementing corrective actions, and providing essential technical support and training to maintenance and production staff. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Microsystems Technology with a strong focus on Microelectronics or Semiconductor Physics, coupled with specific, foundational knowledge of semiconductor fabrication and plasma processes. Required Skills
Education
