Job Summary

This role involves the professional and technical management and further development of the 'HR-Infoplan' system, a critical component in the digitalization of the HR department. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal IT experts and external programmers to expand the system, focusing on introducing a modern employee portal, establishing digital workflows, and integrating with other products like payroll and digital personnel files. Key responsibilities include technical administration, coordinating requirements from various departments, managing reporting, and ensuring project timelines are met. Candidates should possess a relevant university degree, strong organizational skills, experience with project work, and familiarity with HR systems, ideally HR-Infoplan/PKM, to contribute effectively to these central digitalization challenges.

Required Skills

Education

University degree (e.g., Bachelor, Diplom (FH)) in Administrative Sciences, Business Informatics, or Economics; or qualification for career group 2, first entry level in general services; or successful completion of Angestelltenlehrgang II (or comparable); or equivalent qualifications/abilities at DQR Level 6.

Experience

  • Experience in dealing with MS-Office
  • Knowledge in project work
  • Experience in implementing digitalization and IT projects (advantageous)
  • Knowledge and experience in handling HR-Infoplan/PKM (advantageous)
  • Professional experience of at least 20 years with an employer covered by TVöD or comparable public sector if holding Angestelltenlehrgang I
