Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the optimal adaptation, support, and continuous development of the SAP oscare® Private Customer Management module. Key responsibilities include managing technical areas such as reporting times, health insurance change procedures (KWR), and health/pension insurance number assignment processes, including clearing procedures. The consultant acts as a vital link between the strategic departments of AOK Niedersachsen and the IT service provider, offering expert advice to specialist departments and users on system content, functions, and master data structures. The position requires handling 2nd and 3rd-level support, analyzing and resolving system problems and malfunctions, and documenting solution procedures. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant professional experience, preferably with SAP oscare® implementation and customizing experience.
