This role involves providing essential administrative and project support within the Finance Department of the Jena City Administration. The Project Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, including scheduling, communication, and mail processing, while also actively participating in project organization, such as planning and executing events. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proven experience in public service, ideally within the finance and budgeting sector, and foundational knowledge of Thuringian Budgetary and Municipal Law. Required Skills

Education
