Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated IT professional to join a leading provider of infrastructure solutions, focusing on supporting pharmaceutical clients in Nuremberg. As an IT Onsite Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for users, primarily handling 1st Level Support for hardware and software issues. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving faults using a knowledge base, classifying incoming customer inquiries, and escalating recurring system problems to specialized departments. You will utilize a ticketsystem, specifically Service Now, for tracking and resolution, and provide essential consultation and support to users regarding their end devices, applications, and IT processes. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, strong technical and organizational skills, and proven experience in IT Support or a Service Desk environment. Required Skills

Education
