Job Summary

This role is for a hands-on Onsite IT Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, serving as the primary problem-solver for hardware and software issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and dismantling IT workstations, providing both remote and onsite support for Windows systems, performing troubleshooting, system maintenance, and managing the network and printing environment. A crucial part of the job involves documenting all requests and processes within a ticketing system, adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and instructing users on hardware and software usage.
