Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for both experienced professionals and career starters to join an established IT systems house in the Memmingen area. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be crucial in supporting industrial clients through a variety of on-site services. Daily tasks include participating in hardware rollouts and migration projects, providing 1st and 2nd level end-user support, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and setting up/dismantling video conferencing systems. You will be responsible for servicing diverse hardware products, including servers, storage, PCs, notebooks, and printers. Key qualifications include a relevant IT education or professional experience, excellent knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, and proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
