Job Summary
This role involves serving as an IT Instructor within a vocational rehabilitation center, focusing specifically on Digitalization Management for adult participants seeking career change. The core responsibilities include conducting theoretical and practical training units centered on business and operational processes within IT companies, utilizing a hands-on training approach. A key part of the job is providing comprehensive preparation and supervision for participants undertaking examination-relevant IT projects. Candidates should possess an educational background in IT or Business Informatics, coupled with professional experience, and must hold an Instructor Aptitude Certificate (AdA-Schein). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in data and process analysis, project management, and marketing within the IT sector, along with the ability to effectively impart complex knowledge to others, helping participants achieve new professional perspectives.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Technician qualification (Techniker), or Operative Professional qualification, or completed vocational training in an IT profession.
