Job Summary

This role involves driving the practical implementation and application of digital tools and AI-supported methodologies within a vocational rehabilitation center in Nuremberg. The specialist will focus on the operative execution and support of digital projects within vocational training, including the introduction and use of AI-supported learning and work tools in daily educational activities. Key responsibilities include project management, documentation, and quality assurance for cross-departmental digital and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT or digitalization, experience in IT projects (especially system migration or digitalization), proficiency in Microsoft 365 and current AI tools (like ChatGPT or Copilot), and a strong pedagogical understanding to effectively train and support colleagues. This position is initially temporary and requires a structured, service-oriented approach combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
