Job Summary

This role involves working as a Development Engineer specializing in High-Voltage (HV) Batteries, focusing heavily on validation and testing within group-wide development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing validation scopes, overseeing internal and external testing in laboratories, and coordinating technical alignment between internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure all requirements are met. A key aspect of the job is representing the HV battery component during vehicle tests both domestically and internationally. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, at least three years of professional experience in HV battery development (preferably in commercial vehicles), and deep knowledge of electrochemistry and HV battery system architecture. Excellent coordination, teamwork, and strong communication skills are essential, along with fluency in both German and English, as the role requires documentation in both languages and regular business travel.
