Job Summary

This role involves ensuring workplace safety and health by actively participating in the creation and updating of hazard analyses. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and documenting safety inspections, analyzing workplace accidents, and developing preventive measures. The specialist will be responsible for drafting and maintaining operational instructions, organizing and documenting meetings for the Occupational Safety Committee, and conducting safety training sessions. They will also provide expert advice to employees and management on all occupational and health safety matters, and support the ergonomic and safety-related design of workplaces and processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree as a Safety Engineer or has completed further education as a Technician or Master Craftsman with an additional qualification as a Safety Specialist, coupled with practical experience in the field. Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of a university degree (FH/HS) with qualification as a Safety Engineer, or completed further education as a Technician or Master Craftsman with an additional qualification as a Safety Specialist

Experience

  • Knowledge of industry-specific requirements (desirable)
