Job Summary

BANSBACH is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT specialist to join their team in Stuttgart, focusing on managing and supporting their DATEV-centric IT environment. This role involves leading critical IT projects, such as DATEV migrations, and providing 2nd/3rd level support for all DATEV workspaces and related infrastructure. The specialist will handle fault analysis, troubleshooting via various channels, and act as the primary contact for external service providers. Key qualifications include a degree or comparable IT training, at least five years of relevant professional experience, and profound knowledge of project management (both classical and agile). The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive experience with DATEV EO and DMS installation and administration, demonstrates strong service orientation towards internal clients, and exhibits excellent teamwork and proactive problem-solving skills.
