Job Summary

This role is for a skilled Hardware Architect dedicated to developing future-proof innovations for maritime radio systems and antennas within TKMS Hagenuk Marinekommunikation, a leading provider of communication systems for global navies. Daily responsibilities include evaluating modern technologies for future applications, formulating detailed technical requirements for new development projects, and designing the corresponding hardware architectures. The architect will also participate in international scientific environments, attending relevant conferences and project meetings. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Communications Engineering, coupled with a deep understanding of hardware architectures. Crucially, the role requires proven experience in designing radio systems, and ideally, antenna systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative products in a growing, international, high-tech marine environment near Kiel.
