Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity in Hamburg for an engaged Onsite IT Service Technician to join a leading European IT company specializing in comprehensive IT and e-commerce solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of hardware and software, while also providing 2nd-Level support in a production-oriented environment. Key daily tasks include analyzing IT landscape disruptions, providing expert advice in IT support, and resolving incidents efficiently. Candidates must possess detailed knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 Enterprise versions, system diagnostics (including log analysis and driver diagnosis), and networking concepts (IP networking, BitLocker).
