Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in the greater Penzberg, Wolfratshausen, and Murnau area, working for an established IT system house serving the industry across Germany. The core responsibilities involve providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support directly on-site (Field Service), participating actively in hardware and software rollouts, and contributing to infrastructure optimization projects. Daily tasks include supporting and instructing end-users, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and setting up, installing, and dismantling video conferencing equipment. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist, IT System Electronics Technician) or possesses equivalent professional experience, coupled with excellent knowledge of hardware, current Microsoft operating systems, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
