Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Onsite IT support for a commercial vehicle manufacturer in Braunschweig, focusing on maintaining and optimizing IT processes. The technician will be responsible for executing software and operating system installations, configuring and repairing various hardware including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. A key component of the job is coordinating operational processes with specialized departments and projects, managing assigned IT processes according to ITIL standards, and implementing process changes in IT operations. Candidates must have a completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), detailed knowledge of Microsoft Client Applications (Windows, MS Office), and practical experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Strong German and English skills (C1 level) and a Class B driving license are mandatory for success in this international and dynamic environment.
