Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support, working within a market-leading company focused on IT solutions and service management, including cloud services and infrastructure outsourcing. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing direct customer support for Windows Clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. The technician will handle IT support tasks based on various ticket types (B/F, IMAC, H+E) and specific project assignments, including receiving calls and accurately logging and assigning tickets for incident reports. Key qualifications include a professional IT background (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable experience. Candidates must be proficient with current Windows and iOS operating systems, standard software like Office and Adobe, and possess expertise in handling hardware, mobile devices, and ticketing systems, alongside basic networking knowledge (patching). This full-time position offers high levels of autonomy, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and comprehensive onboarding, with the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
