Job Summary

This role involves supporting the network infrastructure of an industrial company located in Neckarsulm. The IT Service Technician will primarily handle on-site services, managing the ticket queue, and performing essential Break & Fix activities. Key responsibilities include preparing, installing, and removing network components, managing network cabling, and overseeing local inventory. Candidates must possess an IT-related educational background or equivalent qualifications, knowledge of the network environment, and a structured, ticket/RFS-based approach to work. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation and working in a 3-shift operation.
