Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician to join an internationally focused IT services and engineering solutions company in Neckarsulm. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing direct Second Level Support to end-users, managing the entire client environment, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Key tasks include installing and managing hardware and software (Life Cycle Management), maintaining technical documentation and inventory data, and performing detailed analysis and resolution of faults across hardware, software, networks, and communication systems. The ideal candidate holds a professional qualification in an IT field, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, combined with strong German and English language skills.
