This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to ensure critical power availability for clients. Based primarily in the greater Frankfurt am Main area, with occasional supra-regional travel, the technician will execute service orders independently, covering commissioning, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and complex repairs. A key aspect of the role involves providing expert customer consultation, collaborating with internal departments to resolve escalations, and meticulously documenting all assignments through maintenance protocols. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in electrical engineering, ideally coupled with initial experience in UPS technology, power distribution, and measurement techniques.
