Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Support Expert specializing in Energy Storage Systems (ESS), serving as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical issues in Frankfurt. The expert will lead detailed root cause analysis for problems involving high-power electronics, embedded software, and system integration across PCS, BMS, and control units. Daily tasks include troubleshooting integration issues with cloud platforms and third-party systems using industrial protocols like Modbus and LAN, monitoring ESS fleet performance, and ensuring strict adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possesses experience in L2/L3 technical support within ESS, inverter, or large-scale UPS environments. A strong background in battery technologies, BMS logic, and AC/DC power conversion is essential.
