Job Summary

This temporary role (maximum 18 months) supports the Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP), which drives digital service optimization and service quality across the Generali Group using shared technology platforms. The primary focus of this position, located in Aachen, is providing operational support for the WPM-TEV group, specifically managing peak workloads. Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on operational support for key communication and contact center technologies, including the Cisco Unified Communication Manager product family, Cisco Jabber, Genesys Contact Center (version 8.5), and various video solutions (Cisco TP, Arcano). The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Business Informatics or Information Technology, coupled with several years of operational experience in a large-scale Cisco Unified Communication Manager environment serving thousands of end-users. Success requires strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and fluency in written and spoken English, often operating within an international context.
